You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

Made-to-Order Nature: All of our products are custom-printed on demand specifically for you when an order is placed. Because items are not mass-produced or kept in a traditional warehouse inventory, production begins only after your purchase is successfully processed.
Colors and Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Minor variations in print placement or color output can occasionally occur due to the nature of printing equipment and garment fabrics.
Fulfillment Partners: We utilize third-party print-on-demand fulfillment networks (such as Printify) to manufacture and ship our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and shipping are handled by these third-party production partners.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping Times: Estimated shipping and delivery dates are approximations. Because items are custom-made, production time must be factored into total delivery windows. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or shipping disruptions once a package leaves the production facility.
Incorrect Addresses: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to the production facility due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

All Sales Are Final (No Buyer’s Remorse Returns): Because every item is custom-printed to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If an item arrives damaged, flawed, or materially different than what you ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us at team@findicatetv.com within 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide clear digital photos showing the defect or issue alongside your order number. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.

All graphics, designs, logos, text, and imagery displayed on this website are the intellectual property of FindicateTV or are used with proper licensing.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, downloading, redistributing, or using any store assets or designs for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
